Meghna Patil

Meghna Patil won a Gold Medal in the Inter College Taekwondo Championship 2025-26 of University of Mumbai.

Ujjwala Ramdas Ghuge

F.Y. B.P.Ed. Student of MES`s VCPER selected to represent India in Women`s Rugby team and won second place and Silver medal at Asian Rugby Sevens trophy at Doha, Qatar from 3rd to 4th November, 2023. She also represent University of Mumbai Women’s Rugby Team – Secured 1st Place in 15-a-side All India tournament held at Chandigarh University, Mohali from 20th to 24th January, 2024. Represented India at FISU World University Championship Rugby Seven held at Aix-en-Provence, France from 10th – 12th June 2024.

SAGAR SAWANT

Mr. Sagar Sawant (batch 2015-2017) received prestigious Maharashtra State Shiv Chatrapati Sports Award for his outstanding achievements in Rhythmic Gymnastics; from Directorate of Sports and Youth Services, Government of Maharashtra.

Mr. Sagar Sawant won 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal in 22nd Artistic Gymnastic State Championship held at Sangali from 22nd to 25th November, 2015 in Individual and Team event. He is selected to participate in National Championship. Sagar is a Grand Ambassador of Sparkl Protain.

AJIT MAHTRE

Mr. Ajit Mahtre (batch 2010-2011) received 2017-18 Best sport organizer award from Mumbai city district sports office.

PRAJYOT PATIL

Mr. Patil Prajyot won the Gold Medal – point fight & Bronze Medal – Light Contact WOKO INDIA KICK BOXING FEDERATION CUP 2019 held at Balewadi Pune & got selected to participate an International Cup to be held in Russia in June 2019.

2nd year student Ms. Sonal Shewale won the Gold Medal & Team Trophy on 27th August, 2016 at Wushu State Championship held at Wardha District Maharashtra

JYOTI SHINDE

Jyoti Shinde won the Gold Medal in Individual and Team of 15th Mumbai Mayer Cup State Invites Championship held at Chembur, Mumbai on 16th and 17th April, 2016. Ms. Jyoti Shinde won 2 Gold Medals in 22nd Acrobatics, Gymnastics Championship held at Sangali from 22nd to 25th November, 2015 in Individual and Team Event. She is selected to participate in National Championship.

SUNNY PATIL

Mr. Sunny Patil won Gold Medal in Intercollegiate 400 Mtr. Running. He is selected as Captain of the University of Mumbai Athletic Team 2015-16. He won 2 Gold Medal at Ashwamedh, All India Inter University Tournament at Nanded, 4 x 400 mtr relay and 400 mtr. He broke the record of 400 mtr Run – 48.80 to 48.08 seconds.

MANOJ MHATRE

Mr. Manoj Mhatre ranked at 5th Mayor’s National Marathon (42.195 km.) held at Vasai Virar.

TEJESH PARSEKAR

Tejesh Parsekar won the Mumbai University Inter-collegiate Aquatics Championships 50 meter Backstroke Gold medal and 200 meter Backstroke Silver medal. He also represented Mumbai University All India Intervarsity Aquatics Championship.

GOPAL MHATRE

Gopal Mhatre won Gold Medal in Shotokon Karate Asian Level Championship. He also represented India in JSKA Karate World Cup 2013 at Trichur, Kerala from 28th to 29th December, 2013. Shotokon Karate is a form of Marshal Arts (Karate) originated from Japan.

MANASI KHERE

Manasi P. Khere won 1 Silver Medal in the Mumbai University Inter Collegiate Women Wrestling Championship 2013-14 at Thane. She also represented Mumbai University All India Varsity Women Wrestling Championship.

VARSHA METKARI

Varsha D. Metkari won 1 Bronze Medal n the Mumbai University Inter Collegiate Women Wrestling Championship 2013-14 at Thane.

FAHIM CHOUHAN

Fahim Chouhan, VCPER student and Muktabai, PIIT student, the duo represented Pillai Group of Institution in the Mumbai University Inter Collegiate Boxing Championship stood with flying colors as Fahim clinched the gold medal and Mukta won bronze medal in their respective weights.
